    Indulge in a multi-course degustation dinner, prepared by Chef Chris Lucas in the comfort of your accommodation at The Lake House. Curated with your personal tastes and preferences in mind, each bespoke menu highlights seasonal Tasmanian produce. 

    Minimum 2 guests; maximum 12 guests. Children’s menu available. 

  • Hillstone Hall Catering

    Dine with family, friends and colleagues on the lakeside in Hillstone Hall. Equipped with a commercial kitchen and accommodating large groups, Chef Chris Lucas’ three-course menus cater to diverse tastes and group requirements.

  • Gourmet BARBEQUE

    Savour the flavours of food cooked over fire. Chef Chris Lucas curates barbeque feasts for every meal of the day, featuring locally farmed meat, seafood and vegetables.

  • Grazing Boards

    Piled high with premium seasonal produce that’s made for sharing, our grazing boards are ready for your arrival or delivered to your accommodation during your stay.

    Find your own piece of outdoor seclusion, and linger over a delicious picnic hamper of local produce.
